My best tip for weightloss is to have a babys size bowl and when you go to dish your dinner out put it in there and use that as a guide.you will prob feel hungry after but if you drink water and wait 15 mins im sure you will be fine.Anouther great tip i heard stay away or minimize your pasta,rice and white bread intake.
and last but not least do atleast 10sit ups before goin to bed

my tip is go to www.calorieking.com.au and have a look there. they have some great exercises. and great recipies. and they count your daily calorie intake for you as well. its easy to use!!!
